Overview

The Epic Beaker Analyst/Builder I is responsible for providing maintenance, support, and development to assigned applications within St. Luke's University Health Network, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare technology.

In Short

  • Provide basic maintenance and support for assigned applications.
  • Resolve application issues and facilitate their resolution.
  • Test and maintain application and integrated test scripts.
  • Adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation.
  • Inform leadership of new features and changes impacting operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts and stakeholders.
  • Work with instructional designers to develop training materials.
  • Maintain current knowledge of technology through training and reading.
  • Physical demands include sitting, standing, and lifting.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor Degree in relevant fields preferred.
  • 0-2 years of general computer experience required.
  • 0-2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
  • Epic Application experience required.
  • MS Office experience required.
  • Hospital knowledge/experience based on hiring team requirements.
