Overview

As a C/C++ Unreal Engine Developer at SpacetimeDB, you will play a pivotal role in making SpacetimeDB accessible to a whole new group of game developers by designing, developing, and maintaining C/C++ and Unreal SDKs.

In Short

Develop and maintain the C/C++ client SDK.
Develop and maintain the C/C++ module library.
Conduct correctness and performance testing for C/C++.
Develop and maintain the Unreal Engine SDK.
Implement code generation for C/C++ client types in Rust.
Assist clients in debugging issues with the SDKs.
Implement client execution of WebAssembly modules.
Contribute to automatic lag compensation and rollback implementation.
Develop documentation, tutorials, and sample projects.

Requirements

Expertise in C/C++ and Unreal Engine development.
Experience with SDK development.
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies.
Ability to write clear documentation and tutorials.
Familiarity with WebAssembly.
Experience in game development is a plus.
