As a Principal R Programmer, you will lead and support all statistical programming activities aligned with project strategies. This role is ideal for confident professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment while building strong relationships with sponsor counterparts.

In Short

• Work with a leading CRO on clinical programming tasks.
• Utilize R to create high-quality clinical deliverables.
• Validate outputs using SAS to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Develop Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs) using R.
• Author and maintain reusable R macros/functions.
• Customize outputs based on statistical analysis plans.
• Ensure compliance with CDISC standards.
• Coordinate programming activities and support timelines.
• Proactively identify risks related to studies/projects.
• Contribute to process improvement and programming standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years of clinical programming experience.
• Strong experience with R and writing custom macros/functions.
• Ability to validate deliverables using SAS.
• Experience in the Hematology/Oncology therapeutic area.
• Hands-on experience with ISS and ISE deliverables.
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of clinical data standards (CDISC SDTM, ADaM).
