Overview

ClickHouse is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Product Management to deliver scalable, customer-friendly billing capabilities across direct and marketplace channels, integrated with operational systems and finance.

In Short

• Lead the product strategy for billing user experience and cloud marketplace integrations.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for metering and usage-based billing.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver new billing capabilities.
• Own product strategy for AWS, GCP, and Azure Marketplace integrations.
• Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation processes.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, IT, and Finance.
• Establish operational metrics for billing accuracy.
• Identify and resolve billing inconsistencies.
• Support diverse billing models and onboarding flows.
• Engage in marketplace-related GTM activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years in usage-based billing and cloud marketplace systems.
• Expertise in direct billing models and cloud marketplace operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with modern billing technical stack components.
• Collaboration skills with IT and Finance teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS finance and accounting principles.
• Track record of delivering complex product initiatives.
