Overview

This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives, and optimizing processes to support business objectives.

In Short

  • Set up the internal operations and program architecture for new programs in collaboration with the Senior Leadership team.
  • Manage commercial programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between sales, marketing, operations, and customer success teams.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
  • Implement and improve project management frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks that could impact project success.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and standardization across the commercial organization.
  • Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Facilitate communication, reporting, and presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing multiple large-scale projects.
  • PMP, PMI Certification, Lean Six Sigma, or Six Sigma.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with Senior Leadership and external executive audiences.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, frameworks, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, creative problem solving, judgment, and client management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and understanding of group dynamics.
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or Consulting required.
