Join our team as a part-time Energy Efficiency Program Associate and help make clean energy accessible to Texas homeowners!

In Short

• Support the residential energy efficiency loan program
• Manage homeowner application processing
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation
• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish
• Work with Salesforce for application tracking
• Provide customer support to applicants and contractors
• Assist with data accuracy and recordkeeping
• Identify and communicate process gaps
• Work remotely with occasional travel
• Part-time hours, approximately 20-25 per week

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in administrative support or customer service
• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Interest in clean energy and sustainability
