Overview

The Solutions Design Specialist is responsible for performing protocol reviews, solution designs, budget developments, and providing sales support for various product lines within the business unit.

In Short

• Conduct protocol reviews and identify solution needs.
• Develop project-specific solution designs using the Pricing Tool.
• Participate in Protocol Review Team meetings.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on solution design specifications.
• Provide support to Sales inquiries on solution design matters.
• Maintain organized documentation for solution designs.
• Support strategic initiatives and share best practices.
• Manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in clinical trials or project management.
• Familiarity with protocols and solution design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO background is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders effectively.
