The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and will be responsible for managing product listings, updating inventory levels, and tracking order statuses. You will collaborate with our fulfillment team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers from order placement to fulfillment. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is dedicated to maintaining high standards through meticulous attention to detail. In Short

  • Manage product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including handling returns and exchanges as needed.
  • Update inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock and avoid overselling.
  • Light customer service duties to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to data entry standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records.
  • Assist in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow.
