Overview

The Vice President, Investment Banker will provide strategic advisory services in the Biopharma and healthcare industry, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions.

• Provide strategic advisory services for financial transactions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in capital market and M&A transactions.
• Experience in the Biopharma industry is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and finance background.
• Client-facing experience and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Proficiency in drafting financial analyses and pitch materials.
