Overview

The role involves leading architectural governance rituals, managing a team of software architects, and ensuring the continuous improvement of architectural practices while collaborating with clients to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Bring innovative solutions to technical problems ensuring a stable and productive development environment.
• Manage technical risks and communicate them to the management team.

Requirements

• Experience with Java (Spring Boot, EJB, Spring Framework).
• Experience with different programming paradigms (Object-Oriented and Procedural).
• Experience in a mature DevOps environment with CI/CD (Git, SCM).
• Experience with AWS Cloud Provider.
• Knowledge in Java EJB applications.
• Ability to mobilize people internally and with clients to resolve issues.
• Create and manage the technical project roadmap, including technical dependencies.
• Orchestrate and integrate solutions, making trade-offs on product evolution based on technical indicators.
• Manage and train new architects to ensure the application of software engineering best practices.
