Senior UX Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user-centered design principles, a passion for building intuitive and engaging digital products, and the drive to mentor junior designers.

In Short

• Conduct interviews, usability testing, and research to gather insights into user needs.
• Develop and maintain user flows, wireframes, and information architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision).
• Solid understanding of usability principles and user research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
