Part-Time Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview

We are seeking a Part-time Remote BCBA Supervisor to join our team. This role is 100% remote with oversight of Telehealth and in-person sessions conducted in clinics or client homes.

In Short

• Deliver impactful caregiver-mediated treatment (CMT).
• Oversee engaging social skills groups.
• Support and supervise RBTs and student analysts.
• Collaborate to implement individualized ABA programs.
• Provide hands-on clinical supervision using Behavioral Skills Training (BST).
• Facilitate caregiver training for successful client outcomes.
• Ensure high utilization of recommended treatment hours.
• Deliver a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week.
• Monitor treatment progress and maintain documentation.
• Work in diverse settings to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Holds a valid BCBA certification.
• Has 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrates excellent time management and teamwork skills.
• Excels in caregiver training and BST methods.
• Communicates effectively and adapts to learning styles.
• Committed to ongoing professional development.
• Passes a California LiveScan (must be done in person).
