Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time (Remote)

Overview

Autism Behavioral Institute is looking to add a salaried Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing family of caregivers. Our BCBA will provide training and supervision to our team of BCABAs, RBTs, and BTs. In addition, conduct behavioral assessments of clients, implement treatment curricula, and supervise clients’ progress.

In Short

• Provide direct behavioral services and assessments
• Conduct behavioral assessments and design treatment programs for clients
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABAs) to implement treatment plans
• Provide primary caregiver training and support
• Protect the well-being of all clients in treatment sessions and emergency crises
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Master’s degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of studies
• Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Minimum two years of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
• Completed the 8-hour BACB supervisor training
