Overview

The Vice President of Clinical Science will serve as a clinical development leader, responsible for leading the design and execution of ophthalmic clinical programs that align with corporate strategy.

In Short

• Lead clinical development plans and innovative trial designs for ophthalmic indications.
• Author key regulatory and clinical documents.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in clinical development.
• Experience in Phases 1–2 clinical development.
• Strong knowledge of drug development processes.
• Experience with FDA submissions and expedited review pathways.
• Ability to design and execute clinical development plans.
• Experience managing direct reports and consultants.
• Strategic thinker with an execution-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
