Overview

The Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory will provide financial and business due diligence assistance to corporations and private equity investors, supporting buy-side and sell-side engagements.

• Support buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Big Four firm.
• Professional services background preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Financial/Accounting from an accredited university.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
