CERTURIA Certification Germany GmbH is an accredited certification body specializing in the approval of educational providers and measures according to AZAV. We stand for the highest quality, legal precision, and partnership-based customer support. To further expand our auditing team, we are looking for experienced professionals or leaders from the educational provider sector who share our understanding of quality.

In Short

• Conducting technical audits of measures according to AZAV
• Reviewing documentation for technical, structural, and economic plausibility
• Evaluating measure contents, target groups, methods, planning, and calculations
• Creating substantiated audit assessments for our internal decision-making process
• Communicating with providers to clarify questions or request missing content
• Documenting audit results
• Supporting the certification process
• Providing expert input for the further development of our auditing system
• Participating in internal expert discussions, training, and experience exchange
• Optional involvement in special cases, statements, or appeal procedures

Requirements

• Practical experience with an approved provider under AZAV is required
• Solid knowledge of SGB III, AZAV, and operational processes in provider organizations
• Ability to work analytically, structured, and comprehensibly—both independently and in a team
• Proficient in digital applications (MS Office, CRM, standard software)
• Very good written expression skills in German
• A background in education, administration, or business is advantageous
