Overview

The Senior Manager of Member Engagement Technology is responsible for implementing and enhancing tools for the Sales & Business Services team, ensuring innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives.

In Short

• Lead platform integrations and manage data management for SBS operations.
• Manage vendors and statements of work within approved budgets.
• Provide reporting and metrics to demonstrate ROI of campaigns.
• Implement privacy regulations with guidance from Legal and CISO.
• Prioritize new features for engagement platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and contractors to achieve desired outcomes.
• Train users on systems and develop training materials.
• Support development efforts and verify implementation of new features.
• Leverage data to develop actionable insights for customer journeys.
• Lead and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in sales operations.
• 4+ years’ Salesforce administration experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in leading teams.
• Effective communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• 3+ years' experience with engagement platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management software is a plus.
• Salesforce Certifications are a plus.
