Gas Turbine Senior Project Engineer - Remote

Overview

CDG Engineers, Inc. seeks a Gas Turbine Senior Project Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the Turbine group is performing a successful execution of our projects by developing and overseeing our engineers and responsibilities in this field, monitoring progress, and managing budgets.

In Short

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and develop mitigation plans.
• Analyze project performance and provide regular updates to project teams and stakeholders.
• Perform budget tracking and forecasting to ensure projects are within budget.
• Identify resource constraints and develop strategies for optimizing resource allocation.
• Provide support to project teams in schedule development and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or STEM focused.
• Minimum of 10+ years experience working in gas turbine, or natural gas industries.
• Understands gas turbine and design, telemetry, and energy system designs.
• Experience with control, data acquisition, gas measurement, and telemetry used in the gas industry.
• Experience with BOP, developing strategy, site surveys, business development, and market analysis.
• High level of communication skills both verbal and written.
• If outside of the St. Louis area, ability to travel up to 40%.
