Overview

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Senior Gameplay Programmer to join our team to work on Project Orion, the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077 and the next major video game in the Cyberpunk franchise.

In Short

• Collaborate with designers and animators to fulfill the vision of the game.
• Build and maintain solid and flexible gameplay systems for single-player and multiplayer.
• Write high-quality, optimized, and bug-free code.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the games industry.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and knowledge of Unreal Engine.
• Ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
• Strong multiplayer experience and knowledge of game engine architecture.
• Excellent communication skills in a multilingual environment.
• A passion for games.
• Nice to have: Shipped at least one Unreal-based project for consoles.

Requirements

• 10+ years of programming experience in the games industry.
• Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with multiplayer game development.
• Knowledge of game engine architecture.
• Strong multi-threaded programming skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A passion for games.
• Experience with GAS is a plus.
