• Catalyst is looking for a talented, inventive, passionate, and driven Project Manager.
• This role is ideal for a mid-level PM looking to grow into a senior delivery role.
• Responsibilities include creating and sharing weekly status reports with stakeholders.
• Facilitate internal and client-facing project meetings.
• Manage project resources and maintain project schedules.
• Engage stakeholders to manage project scope and risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Oversee Jira boards and manage sprint cadence.
• Schedule and lead Scrum ceremonies.
• Support system testing and QA.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience overseeing technical implementations.
• 2+ years experience in a technical consulting environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and agile project delivery.
• Proven leadership with a proactive mindset.
• Solid technical background in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Experience using JIRA is a plus.
