Project Manager - Remote

The Project Manager is a key contributor on the Business Optimization team, a high-impact function within Customer Delivery Operations responsible for driving process optimization, organizational support, and portfolio and program execution across HealthEdge’s customer-facing delivery organization.

In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of enterprise software implementations for health plan clients across our full product portfolio: HealthRules Payer, GuidingCare, Wellframe, and Source. You will work closely with cross-functional delivery teams and client stakeholders, owning project outcomes across the full implementation lifecycle — from kickoff and planning through go-live and beyond — while bringing the technical fluency, stakeholder acumen, and delivery discipline that define a high-caliber healthcare IT project manager.

In Short

• Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and milestone trackers.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementations for healthcare payer clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, operations, product management, and customer success.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate and document project meetings.
• Contribute to Business Optimization initiatives.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project team members and external client stakeholders.
• Produce clear, executive-quality status updates and project reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation across various tools.
• Apply AI tools and workflow automation to improve delivery quality.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management or related operational role.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies — Agile/Scrum, waterfall, or hybrid.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadline.
• Collaborative by instinct.
• Curious and adaptable.
