In Short

  • Identify, qualify, and develop a dynamic lead pipeline in the Health and Human Services sector.
  • Work to convert your lead pipeline into new sales opportunities.
  • Develop verticalized knowledge in the Health and Human Services sector.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to define and execute both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Leverage partnerships and industry networks to source new prospects.
  • Maintain all activity with contacts, leads, and opportunities in the company’s CRM, HubSpot.
  • Report directly to the sales manager with weekly and monthly results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software/SaaS sales development experience (Health and Human Services or local and/or state government a plus) with a track record of exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and Teams.
  • Exposure and experience with software selling strategies, methodologies, and processes.
  • Self-starter who can pragmatically seek opportunities.
  • Strong collaborative skills with sound business acumen.
  • Works well in a team environment with business deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and video conferencing technology.
  • Ability to travel nationwide, up to 10% annually.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
