Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field for Mentor role.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis for Mentor role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent for Tutor role.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis for Tutor role.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong desire to help others and share knowledge.
• Knowledge of the latest development tools and trends.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Python, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback.
