In Short

• Define the product strategy for the Tenant Program in alignment with Careem’s goals.
• Drive end-to-end launch and improvement of tech-enabled services.
• Develop APIs and onboarding workflows for partner integration.
• Use customer insights and feedback for feature prioritization.
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams for service integration.
• Define KPIs and maintain dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Ensure services meet standards for reliability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 4 to 7 years of product management experience.
• Experience in launching and scaling technology-heavy products.
• Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of marketing technologies.
• Proficiency in data tools like SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• User-first mindset with a bias for action.
• Familiarity with modern software concepts.
