Overview

This role involves supporting a founder in various projects within two growing impact brands, focusing on social responsibility and community support.

In Short

• Support daily tasks across all areas of two brands.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Manage social media interactions and partnerships.

Requirements

• Structured, reliable, and independent worker.
• Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Good sense for order, processes, and pragmatic solutions.
• Desire to be part of something meaningful long-term (3-5 years).
• Ability to work 2-3 days on-site in Berlin (100% remote also possible).
• Experience with startups, e-commerce, and/or assistant roles.
• Personal connection to Christian faith (non-denominational).
