Member Experience Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Member Experience Specialist will play a critical role in the daily operations of our clinic, providing administrative support to our member experience & clinical teams, managing patient communications, and ensuring efficient workflow within the clinic.

In Short

• Schedule and confirm virtual appointments.
• Manage patient records and coordinate follow-up communications.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite and telehealth platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
