Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or finance.
• 1 year of related experience in M&A or corporate finance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Capital IQ.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass the FINRA Series 79 exam if not already held.
