Overview

The Director, Clinical Client Operations oversees the Clinical Account Consultant team and is responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation and delivery of all clinical operations across the Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBA) market segment.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
• Current, unrestricted registered pharmacist license(s).
• 5-7 years of experience in health plan or pharmacy benefits management.
• 3 years of clinical account management experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Highly organized and flexible.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to analyze large datasets.
