Senior Consultant/Manager - Data Management Collibra H/F/D - Remote

Overview

To support the development of our Data & Analytics offering, Capco Paris is recruiting Consultant / Senior Consultant to work on various missions for our clients specialized in financial services.

In Short

• Conduct diagnostics of client situations and available data, providing strategic recommendations based on various studies and presenting to clients.
• Manage Data Science projects: data collection and preparation, proposing and developing predictive and prescriptive statistical tools using innovative analytical techniques, validation on real datasets, producing regulatory reporting, etc.
• Support the industrialization of models and processes in connection with the Data Management Office and IT.
• Participate in the development of innovative POCs around artificial intelligence.
• Foster a data-driven culture within teams.
• Engage in the animation of our Data community (regulatory monitoring, communication materials) and contribute to the development of commercial offers in Data Management & Analytics.

Requirements

• Mastery of project management principles with real technical expertise in Data Analytics. Knowledge and practice of Data Science tools is essential (Dataiku), programming languages (Python, R, SAS, etc.), data mining techniques (factorial analysis, typologies, decision trees, logistic regression, random forest, time series, etc.), visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.), and knowledge of Collibra is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit, with a desire to actively support the growth of a dynamic firm focused on close management, recognized for flexibility and creativity.
• Mastery of regulatory reporting (e.g., corep, finrep, pillar 3) and reporting, ESG knowledge is a plus.
• Good willingness and mobility to work with a network of consultants at an international level serving clients in France and abroad. Proficiency in French and English as working languages is essential.
• Holder of a Bac+5 degree from a business school, university, or engineering school, with a minimum of 4 years of experience participating in data exploitation projects, preferably in the financial sector.
