Americas Director of Enterprise Open Source Sales - Remote

Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.

In Short

• Responsible for several teams of enterprise sales representatives.
• Build and execute a territory plan for outreach and prospecting.
• Identify and prioritize new logo accounts for marketing and prospecting.
• Support contract closure to meet quarterly and annual bookings targets.
• Monitor new pipeline development through outreach and local marketing.
• Ensure accurate pipeline data and forecasts within Salesforce.
• Travel regionally for client engagement and industry events.
• Coach and mentor sales representatives.
• Manage and develop existing customer relationships.
• Represent the company and its solutions effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or computer science.
• Leadership and management skills.
• Experience with open source technology and solutions.
• Detail-oriented with effective planning and organization skills.
• Experience in enterprise software sales.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-discipline and motivation in a distributed team.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Ability to travel for customer engagements.
