Order Entry Specialist - Remote

Overview

California Faucets is looking to bring on an Order Entry Specialist. This is a hybrid role based in our Huntington Beach, CA facility. The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, full-time from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

In Short

• Focus on entering customer purchase orders into the ERP system.
• Perform quality monitoring of team members’ work.
• Provide first-class customer service using in-depth product knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order discrepancies.
• Assist with Customer Service phone and email queues if necessary.
• Maintain departmental standards for order entry accuracy.
• Have dependable internet access for remote work.
• Monitor and respond to EDI Center error messages.
• Work in a hybrid environment requiring both remote work and on-site presence.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
