MEM/Intune Engineer - Remote

Overview

The MEM/Intune Engineer will support the Department of the Air Force by engineering and implementing an enterprise Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution, focusing on managing various endpoints.

• Join a team of engineers specializing in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune.
• Responsible for managing Windows, iOS, iPadOS, Android, and BYOAD devices.
• Design and maintain Microsoft Intune solutions for corporate-owned and BYOAD devices.

• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and DAF stakeholders.
• Provide training and mentoring for junior engineers.
• Utilize PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Ensure compliance with DoD requirements.

Requirements

• Active DoD secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years of experience with MS Intune solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and device management.
• Familiarity with STIG compliance requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile devices.
• Experience in a DoD environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Azure and PowerBI is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and expose problems.
