Claims Analyst III (Residential Property and/or Liability) - Remote

Overview

Our Claims Analyst III’s are highly-seasoned residential property (1st party) and/or liability (3rd party) claims professionals who are dedicated to doing an outstanding job of accurately and effectively handling a heavy claims file load of the full range of routine to complex claims for the Company. Additionally, our Claims Analyst III’s provide constant, top-quality and highly-responsive service to successfully handle even the most advanced claims inquiries and/or issues from policyholders, agents, third party representatives and other Company team members.

• Provides outstanding service to external and internal customers.
• Assigns claims to independent and/or field adjusters.
• Analyzes claims information to determine appropriate settlement.
• Maintains thorough, accurate claims files.
• Identifies potential subrogation opportunities.
• Contributes as a member of the Harbor Claims Team.
• Participates in special Company projects.
• Takes advantage of learning and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Quality-oriented, detail-oriented, self-starter.
• Strong decision-making and time management skills.
• Advanced understanding of personal lines products.
• Strong knowledge of Xactimate.
• Bachelor’s Degree and five or more years of relevant experience.
• Current 6-20 Claims Adjuster license required.
