IT & Network Security Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position involves working with a dedicated team to design and implement secure IT infrastructures, ensuring the smooth operation of IT networks.

In Short

• Design and plan secure IT networks
• Implement network security solutions (e.g., segmentation, firewalls)
• Manage patching and regular updates for IT systems
• Implement and manage virtualization solutions
• Ensure commissioning and continuous operation of IT networks
• Conduct problem analyses and ensure efficient service
• Manage and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

• Completed education/studies related to IT or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in network administration
• Solid knowledge in virtualization and connected IT systems
• Experience in IT security assessment and implementation (BSI Basic Protection, ISO 27001)
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (Düsseldorf, Cologne, Bonn area)
• Driver's license class B
• Fluent in German
