In Short

• Support participants in achieving learning success and develop modern learning content.
• Consult SMEs on AI potentials by analyzing existing business processes.
• Assist in automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare and conduct live calls with interactive learning units.
• Research and recommend suitable AI tools for practical use in SMEs.
• Maintain and update course content to stay current with AI developments.
• Develop interactive learning materials and exercises.

Requirements

• Strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
• Experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Ability to follow existing processes and adapt to new systems quickly.
• Quick comprehension and a high degree of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and empathy for different learning types.
• Team player with a desire to grow together with others.
• Fluent written expression in German (C2 level or comparable).
