• Own revenue growth, channel performance & forecasting.
• Manage product listings, promotions, pricing, and merchandising.
• Optimize conversion through testing offers and creative.
• Oversee high-performing affiliate program.
• Recruit and manage creators to double program performance.
• Align affiliate efforts with ad campaigns for efficient CAC and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze Bottom Funnel Ad Campaign Performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Marketing, Finance, Production.
• Establish KPIs and accountability.
• Build systems and processes that enable scale.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in Ecommerce, Social Commerce, Social Media.
• 1-2 years of direct TikTok Shop experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in managing and scaling affiliate programs.
• Able to identify social trends and market opportunities.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Entrepreneurial, ownership mindset with a bias for action.
