Overview

Bugcrowd is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Pentest Manager to support our customers running Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS) on the Bugcrowd platform.

• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers.
• Manage multiple penetration testing engagements end-to-end.
• Scope penetration tests across various domains.
• Collaborate with sales, technical sales, and pen testers.
• Communicate complex offensive security concepts to stakeholders.

• Identify and resolve issues during engagements.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in offensive security.
• Work independently with little supervision.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in penetration testing or offensive security roles.
• 2+ years experience in engagement or project management.
• Experience with PTaaS platforms is a plus.
• Broad understanding of penetration testing methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
