In Short

• Remote role open to candidates in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
• Conduct outbound phone surveys with prospective customers.
• Maintain standard rate of dials per hour.
• Analyze information to determine account recommendations.
• Enter data into MAS for Retention department.
• Research to solve problems or find missing information.
• Escalate nonstandard problems as needed.
• Handle basic escalation issues from customer feedback.
• Proactively maximize team performance.

Requirements

• 1 year of call center experience.
• Typing skills of at least 30 wpm.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong spelling and grammar skills.
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects.
