Brighton Jones is expanding to new markets and looking for Lead Advisors who have their CFP® and a passion for helping clients, particularly in San Diego.

In Short

• Acts as a Personal CFO for clients, managing their wealth management plans.
• Leverages resources for client objectives in investment, estate, tax, and risk management.
• Communicates the firm's value proposition to prospective clients.
• Develops relationships within the community to expand client base.
• Represents Brighton Jones at public speaking events.
• Leads a local service team focused on client retention and satisfaction.
• Requires a four-year degree and CFP® designation.
• 6+ years in financial or estate planning experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
• This role is currently remote until an office space is secured.
