Production Operator - Remote

Overview

The Production Operator is responsible for adhering to safety practices, meeting production requirements, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality control while working in a clean environment.

In Short

• Adhere to safety practices established within the company.
• Meet or exceed production requirements based on information and equipment used.
• Perform preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain accurate record keeping within the department.
• Repackage product into proper containers.
• Conduct product sampling and quality control.
• Maintain clean working environment.
• Load/unload outbound/inbound tankers.
• Receive Hazardous Waste Management Training.
• Work cooperatively with other departments to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain a good safety and attendance record.
• Knowledge of forklift operation with certification.
• Good math, bookkeeping, and organization skills.
• Computer skills sufficient to perform job requirements.
• Understanding of D.O.T. regulations.
• Willingness to accept overtime and work other shifts as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and comply with company policies.
• Ability to understand and carry out process descriptions.
