Overview

As a Baggage Specialist at Breeze Airways, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive travel experience for our guests by resolving baggage issues and providing support through various digital channels.

In Short

  • Resolve baggage issues affecting operations.
  • Liaise with the Guest Empowerment Team and stations.
  • Monitor email correspondence regarding baggage.
  • Coordinate with business partners for baggage delivery fees.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Develop working relationships with inter-departmental contacts.
  • Act as a liaison for inter-departmental projects.
  • Ensure clear communication regarding baggage.
  • Maintain reference materials.
  • Achieve performance measures aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two years of airline customer service experience.
  • Experience in Baggage Service Office or similar role.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work shift hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Legally eligible to work in the location.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Identify and report safety concerns.
