In Short

• Own end-to-end financial operations with a focus on revenue cycle performance.
• Lead and manage internal billing staff and external billing partners.
• Ensure revenue is billed accurately and collected efficiently.
• Build and manage the billing and finance function as the company scales.
• Prepare financial reporting for CEO and board.
• Support budgeting and financial planning tied to growth.
• Monitor days in AR and collection cycles.
• Improve billing accuracy and turnaround times.
• Establish clear RCM KPIs and reporting cadence.
• Partner closely with operations and clinical leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle roles.
• Deep experience with CPT-based billing and healthcare reimbursement.
• Proven ownership of revenue cycle performance and cash flow management.
• Experience managing billing teams or external billing vendors.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-stage company.
• Tech-forward mindset with experience using modern financial tools.
• Experience in digital health or telehealth is an asset.
