In Short

• You’ll play a key role in the early stages of building our Character Editor.
• Design and create high-quality stylized characters.
• Develop and integrate blend shapes for facial expressions.
• Establish efficient pipelines and workflows for character creation.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and engineering team.
• Take ownership of the Character Editor project.
• Provide feedback and guidance for consistency and usability.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in character art.
• Proven experience in creating characters for editors.
• Expertise in Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
• Strong background in building and optimizing workflows.
• A track record of working on AAA projects.
• Conversational Russian, Ukrainian or Belarusian.
• The ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
