In Short

• Part-time position (15 to 20 hours per week)

• Central role in the sales process
• Telephonic outreach to potential new customers (B2B cold calling)

Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition
• Enjoys structured and goal-oriented phone communication
• High level of self-motivation and responsibility
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Reliable and independent remote work
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
• Understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes is a plus
