Program Manager - Bank On Initiative - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager for the Bank On initiative will lead efforts to enhance financial inclusion for unbanked and underbanked residents in Miami-Dade and Broward counties by managing cross-sector partnerships and coordinating coalition activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with stakeholders including government and financial institutions.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong background in community organizing and coalition management.
• Experience with public speaking and communications.
• Familiarity with financial empowerment issues and challenges facing unbanked individuals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Grant writing and budget management experience preferred.
• Compassionate understanding of social issues surrounding financial inclusion.
