In Short

• Sew garments based on provided patterns with accuracy and care
• Help identify and onboard new sewing partners to support production
• Send out sample kits to new sewers and assist in the onboarding process
• Work closely with the team to check quality and ensure consistency
• Build and maintain positive relationships with partner sewers

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in sewing or garment production
• Detail-oriented and focused on high-quality craftsmanship
• Open to feedback and collaborative in a startup setting
• Proactive communicator—clear, timely, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Experience as a freelancer or small business owner is a plus

Benefits

• Starts with hourly-based pay; may transition to output-based
• Part-time or full-time
• Flexibility for hybrid work depending on performance; training will primarily be onsite
