Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of digital projects.

In Short

• 100% remote position for candidates based in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Colombia, El Salvador & Honduras.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Job Type: Contractor (5 months).
• Language Proficiency: Spanish: Native / English: B2 reading, writing, and conversation.
• Immediate availability required.
• Portfolio required: Must include web projects led across different industries.
• Oversee project delivery across scope, resources, risks, financials, and timelines.
• Apply Agile values and principles consistently across all initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project delivery.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders, raising risks even when impact is low.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience valued.
• Over 4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in digital advertising or creative agencies.
• Experience leading small to mid-scale digital projects.
• Familiarity with digital tools for collaboration, issue tracking, and project reporting.
• Strong ability to implement standardized delivery processes.
• Advanced negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles.
• Proficient in project finance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability in resource planning and workload balancing.
