Junior Front End Developer - Remote

Overview

As a Junior Front-End Developer at Bookboost, you’ll contribute to designing and building user-friendly, high-performance front-end applications that enhance the experience for hotel guests interacting with our platform.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to build, test, and maintain high-quality front-end applications.
• Develop and implement responsive user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript.
• Work alongside backend developers to integrate frontend systems with APIs and databases.
• Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Contribute to the design and development of reusable components and UI patterns.
• Participate in code reviews and support best practices for front-end development.
• Engage in continuous learning and development.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks, ideally Angular.
• Familiarity with modern build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, npm, Git).
• Basic understanding of REST APIs.
• Comfortable with version control, using Git.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Bonus: Experience with Node.js or PostgreSQL.
