In Short

• Work cross-functionally to solve problems for shoppers and merchants
• Iterate on existing Bolt products and define new opportunities
• Partner with PMs to identify opportunities
• Conduct user research initiatives
• Design product flows from start to finish
• Create prototypes to validate solutions
• Solicit feedback from other designers
• Partner with engineering to ship designs
• Provide systems thinking for design problems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products
• Proficient with Figma and modern design frameworks
• Experience with Figma features like Auto Layout and Component Variants
• Experience with motion graphics and animations
• Strong fundamentals in visual design and user experience
• Ability to work in vague problem spaces
• Experience working with product managers
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to compile data for design research
• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals
