Overview

Blur Studio is looking for experienced freelance Keyframe Animators working in a European time zone to join our team on some exciting new cinematic projects.

In Short

Work under the direction of the Director and Animation Supervisor.
Animate characters, creatures, and/or vehicles on a series of shots.
Keyframe from scratch using storyboards, key poses, and video as reference.
Blend, edit, and stylize motion capture performances.
Participate in reviews and dailies regularly.
Adhere to project deadlines and estimate time needed for tasks.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant professional VFX or animation experience.
Thorough knowledge of Maya.
Ability to create and find Animation reference material.
Work in an organized and clean way.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to take direction and find creative solutions.
Availability to work in GMT zone workday hours.
Suitable personal workstation to run Maya with internet connection.
Experience working on high-end, realistic game cinematics.
